At Squashly OU we understand that plans may change. To ensure fair access to our venues and accommodate other players, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
User Cancellations
Cancellation Fee: If you need to cancel your booking, please note that a 100% cancellation fee shall apply for cancellations made within 6 (six) hours before the scheduled game.
Free Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your booking and avoid any charges, kindly provide us with at least 6 (six) hours notice before the scheduled game.

Venue Cancellations
Venues may cancel bookings under certain circumstances, such as unforeseen maintenance, emergencies, or other issues.
In the event of a venue cancellation, the venue will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users promptly.

No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show (failure to show up for a booked game without canceling in advance), the full booking fee will be charged.
Repeated no-shows may result in the suspension or termination of the user's account.
